So specific, that it's programmed for me to slow down when I work too hard.

How do I know?

Well, that I work too hard?

I hit max HR at warm up.

Solution ---> START SLOW.

I hit max HR at mile 2.

---- > SLOW DOWN.

These are RECOVERY RUNS. Meant for adding on miles gradually.

Working lightly, based on a specific prescription ( based on YOUR specific goals) us coaches figured out for YOU.

Look, I may be an #aquarius cold hearted b*ch and what not, but I know we gotta listen to our heart.

When you hit max HR, in Recovery Runs...well. It ain't right😉
