  • Functionality/Strength/ Cardiorespiratory/Body Fat Assessment

  • Phased/Periodized and Customized Strength Training  Plan (Minimum 3-days a week) via  Relentless Rebel Evolution

  • Individual Cardiovascular Plan (2-3 days a week)

  • Weekly Video Review/Check-ins

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • Messaging with Coach Ria

  • Group Messaging via fitness app
